Our current management portfolio is comprised of 23 properties representing 2,500 units across 9 states. We have extensive experience preserving HUD-subsidized properties utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other federal, state, and local financing tools.
The Signal Group is an affiliated consulting company that is also recognized as a national expert in consulting on Rent Comparability Studies and market studies for new developments.
